30-Day Guarantee: You’ve got a full 30 days from the date of purchase to decide if our product is your perfect rhythm match. After that, we’ll still be here for you, but we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

Drumsticks in Tune: To be eligible for a return, your drumsticks must be unused and in the same tip-top condition as when you received them. Keep ’em in their original packaging for the best harmony.

Exceptions to the Beat: While we’re all about keeping the rhythm alive, some goods just can’t be returned. Perishable items, intimate wear, hazardous materials, and more fall into this category.

Fine Print Finale: For a smooth return, make sure you have your receipt or proof of purchase handy. And don’t worry about sending your sticks back to the manufacturer—we’ll handle everything in-house.

Partial Refunds Symphony: If your return falls into certain categories—like items with obvious signs of use or opened software—only partial refunds may be granted.

Refund Rhythm: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve got it covered. Expect your refund to shimmy its way back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale Items Sonata: Sale items have their own beat; only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
